We are an off-road motorcycle club in Brainerd, MN and are a chapter of Amateur Riders Motorcycle Association(ARMCA), which is chartered as District 23 (Minnesota) of the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA). The primary purpose of ARMCA is to administer and support amateur motorcycle and ATV competition in Minnesota. Many members compete in Enduros, Hare Scrambles, Motocross or recreational trail riding. All ride for fun.
This is a motorcycle event only - sorry no quads.
This weekend the final work is being done so updates will be made next week about the course.
Signup will be open Sunday morning at 7:30 am - let the mini riders jump in line first.
Mini's will run at 9:00 am
C class 11:00 am
A/B 1:00 pm
Primitive camping will be available at the start.
directions - these are from the work day, I'm sure they will get you to the race...
"To get to the race site from the South, take Int. 35 and get off on Hwy 23, exit 195 in Banning Junction. Follow hwy 23 to the east for about 11 miles, then take a right on cr 149 and follow for about 4 miles, you will go straight across a tar road, until you reach our cabin on the left. We will put some arrows up at our driveway.
-To get to the race site from the North, take Int. 35 and get off on CR 43, exit 205 in Willow River. Follow CR 43 east for 12 miles. You will cross hwy 23 and go through Bruno. Take a right on CR 22 and follow for about 2 miles. Take a left on CR 148, starch rd, and follow for about 2 miles until you reach our cabin on the left. We will have arrows at the driveway. "
The terrain is rocky and flat. The trails are all new but the soil is mainly black dirt. There will be a small moto track, grass track, tight woods trails and open woods trails with total mileage of about approx 12 miles. It has been wet, so dust won't be a problem.
